- DXF Files: When you choose to upload or share a DXF file, we temporarily store it on our server.

- Password Protection (Optional): If you choose to protect a shared file with a password, we store the password securely using industry-standard hashing. The password is only visible to you in your account.

- IP Address: Stored for security purposes and abuse prevention.
- User Agent: Your browser type and device information.
- Access Times: When you access the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- User Identification: To identify you when you log in and display your files.
- Display DXF Files: To process and display your DXF files on the map.
- File Sharing: To enable you to share file links with others.
- Service Improvement: To analyze general usage and improve user experience.
- Security: To prevent abuse, fraud, or illegal activities.
4. Google Drive Permissions
Read-Only Access:
We request read-only access to your Google Drive. This means we:
- ✓ Can read files ONLY from the "DXFFORSHOW" folder
- ✓ Can see the list of files and folders
- ✗ Cannot create, edit, or delete files in your Drive
- ✗ Cannot access files outside the "DXFFORSHOW" folder
Permissions We Request:
drive.readonly - View files in Google Drive (read-only)
userinfo.email - View your email address
5. What We Don't Do
- ✗ We don't share your information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
- ✗ We don't sell your data to anyone.
- ✗ We don't access other files in your Google Drive besides the "DXFFORSHOW" folder.
- ✗ We don't store files permanently - shared files are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- ✗ We don't send spam - we won't send you marketing emails.
6. Data Storage and Security
Where Is Your Data Stored?
- Shared DXF files are stored on a secure server.
- Your email address is stored only for identification purposes.
- We use industry-standard encryption methods to secure data.
How Long Do We Keep Data?
- Shared Files: Stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Personal Information: Kept as long as you use the service.
- Technical Logs: Kept for 30 days for security purposes.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Delete Shared Files: Click "My Files" and delete any file you want.
- Disconnect Account: Click "Sign Out" in the interface.
- Revoke Google Permissions: Go to Google Settings and remove DXF Explorer access.
- Complete Deletion: Contact us and we will delete all your data within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you discover that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
