1. Definitions

• "Service" - The DXF Explorer system for displaying DXF files on maps.
• "User" or "You" - Any person or entity using the Service.
• "We" or "Us" - The operators of DXF Explorer.
• "Content" - Any file, data, or information you upload or share through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• ✓ You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
• ✓ You have the right and authority to accept these terms.
• ✓ You agree to all terms and limitations described here.
• ✓ You have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Description

DXF Explorer provides the following services:

• Access to DXF files from your Google Drive ("DXFFORSHOW" folder).
• Display DXF files on Israel's government map (GovMap).
• Upload and view local DXF files.
• Create shareable links for files with optional password protection.
• Measurement tools for distances and areas.
• Resizable file explorer for easier navigation.

4. User Account

4.1 Sign In

• An active Google account is required to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity through your account.

4.2 Google Drive Permissions

• We request read-only access to your Google Drive.
• We only access the "DXFFORSHOW" folder, not other files.
• You can revoke permissions at any time through Google settings.

5. Acceptable and Prohibited Use

5.1 Acceptable Use ✓

• Display DXF files for planning, engineering, or architecture work.
• Share files with clients, contractors, or project partners.
• Use for educational or research purposes.
• Lawful business use.

5.2 Prohibited Use ✗

You agree NOT to:

• ✗ Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• ✗ Violate copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• ✗ Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• ✗ Attempt to breach or harm the Service's security.
• ✗ Use automated systems (bots) without prior authorization.
• ✗ Overload servers or abuse resources.
• ✗ Provide false or misleading information.
• ✗ Share pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content.

6. User Content

6.1 Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to files you upload.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You are solely responsible for content you upload or share.

6.2 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Store and display your files.
• Process DXF files for map display purposes.
• Allow people you choose to share with to view the files.

6.3 Content Deletion

• Shared files are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• You can delete shared files at any time through "My Files".
• We reserve the right to delete content that violates these terms.

7. Usage Limitations

To ensure fair service for all users, the following limits apply:

• 📦 Maximum file size: 25 MB per file.
• 📂 Shared files limit: Maximum 10 files per user.
• ⏰ Link expiration: 90 days from share date.
• 👁️ Views: Unlimited views on shared links.

8. Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We commit to:

• 🔒 Protect your information with advanced encryption methods.
• 🔐 Not share your information with third parties without consent.
• 🚫 Not access other files in your Drive besides "DXFFORSHOW".

9. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work affected.
• Link or location of the infringing content.
• Your contact information.
• A good faith statement that use is not authorized.

10. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

10.1 "As Is" Service

We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will always be available without interruptions.
• That the Service will be error-free or bug-free.
• Absolute accuracy of displayed data.
• That your files won't be accidentally deleted.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or content.
• Damages from use or inability to use the Service.
• Content uploaded by other users.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Violation of these terms.
• Violation of third-party rights.
• Content you uploaded or shared.

12. Changes to Service and Terms

12.1 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Changes to Service

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.
• Add new usage limitations.
• Perform routine maintenance that may affect availability.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You can stop using the Service at any time.
• Delete your shared files through "My Files".
• Revoke Google Drive permissions through your Google settings.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• There is suspicion of abuse or illegal activity.
• Required by law.
• At our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
• Any disputes will be handled in competent courts in Israel.
• If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.

15. General Provisions

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Failure to enforce a term does not waive future enforcement.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms to another party.
• All notices to us must be sent to the email address below.
